We specialise in professional design solutions for small to medium-sized enterprises, though we do take on the occasional one-person companies, if they are serious enough about their intentions and have a realistic budget. A few of our clients are start-up ventures, but most have been in business for a minimum of 2 years and have 5+ staff and a turnover of £200k+. This means that most of them have already been functioning at Stage 1 level and now wish to move up a gear to Stage 2 or higher – to make changes to their existing business in one or more of the following ways:
- Highlight and promote new products / services;
- Promote the brand, products or services more extensively;
- Reach a different target audience;
- Improve on existing design work, or amend design work that is no longer fit-for-purpose for any number of reasons;
- Expand their position and value in the marketplace;
- Provide a counter-move against the strategies of their competitors.
When we ask our clients key questions about their business, they have most of the answers at their fingertips. To get the the very best ROI, our clients should have clear and specific targets; they should know their customers and their customers' habits; and they should know what they want to sell most of and where they want their business to be in 3 years' time, amongst other things.
We have compiled a checklist for new and interested clients (see below), which includes some of the standard questions we might ask, and various criteria to consider (and have answers to) before calling us. Some of our smaller clients find the checklist very helpful.
