Notes & guides
Analogue cassettes are captured at 720 px X 576 px PAL. The quality of your footage mirrors the quality of your tape. Tapes do deteriorate over time, causing stretching, warping, visual 'noise', and sound muffling or distortion.
Please bear in mind that playing your DVDs back on an HD or very large screen TV will not improve quality.
Before we deliver your finished discs to you, we perform several quality checks on the material, which include 'scrubbing' through the footage to scan for any damaged areas.
It is important that you try out your DVDs on your home entertainment system as soon as possible, to ensure the discs are working smoothly and that the DVD+R format plays on your equipment, as some systems are older than others and may need a further conversion. Do not throw away your cassettes until you have ensured all your discs are playing as they should.
If you have any problems with one of our DVDs, please return the offending article/s to:

Costs do not cover return postage of cassettes. This varies according to number and type of cassettes sent in.
