So what exactly are we offering you? Well, you could ask any of our clients how well we deliver the goods, but our core promises are:

a bespoke solution – you won't find our work on any template sites because our work is all about YOUR business, and yours alone ... of course if you think you're offering nothing special or of import, we would happily advise you to seek out a free template solution (!);
transparent pricing: we maintain absolutely that in order to preserve ongoing relationships with our clients, honesty is the best policy, so if under exceptional circumstances the job looks likely to incur extra costs, we will warn you in advance;
we will always phone or email you back within the hour if we can: experience has taught us that direct and frequent communication with the client reassures them that we are still on the case, addresses any issues as they arise, and is the best way to inform the client on progress;
we will not run away if things go wrong: we have a fantastic reputation in customer service and take our responsibilities very seriously;
if your branding, literature and website are doing just fine, or if we cannot help you, we'll tell you: we respect good competition from other good design companies and will never suggest you mend something that simply ain't broke – the most important thing is that it is succeeding in generating more business for you;
we will look after you every step of the way, and we will take absolute care of the job in hand.
